Cant get support/summit ticket?

Hi, im sorry but i really need to get support/ summit ticket about my problems. but the link just not work for me.
please tell me what to slove this problems ? or is there other ways to contact with gms :)?

Try clearing your browser cache using one of the methods here (various depending what you're using) http://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html and then try to access it again. I know you're been having issues with this so I hope this works! It should help.

If it's still not working, PM Oda or Heimdallr with what browser you're using and describe the issue.

For support issues, you'd be better of PMing Corvus as he is the head of the support team.

For Oda, he only works Tuesday - Saturday from like 9 PST to 7 PST I believe. Heim doesn't have a set schedule from what I understand but its usually Monday - Friday Morning to Evening PST, except earlier in the week I believe its something like Evening to Early Morning especially on Tuesday. Corvus is generally Monday - Saturday I believe Morning to Evening PST. The support team usually has a few peon's working everyday most of the day and they tried to hold a 24 hour response time motto. Obviously some issues require more time than others so its not always the case but they do their best to keep it that way.

Like Inu said, Corvus will usually patch you right up.
