Heim or Oda, will make a post tomorrow regarding the restoration and the process for getting the Treasures back to old holders.

I had like 11 ppl informing me too, that Im also gona get banned and they saw my name at Asea's SS posted here, so yea I did messed w/just killing ppl but I just didnt owned Emp, thats the only thing I was worried Ima get banned

No one is getting banned. This wasn't anyone's fault, just curious people in there wanting to have fun. I've seen this kind of thing happen so many times in the past and I don't think I've once heard of anyone getting banned over it.

Nah you're fine dude. It happened a lot in pre-renewal, and one time it personally affected my guild at the time. I edited the picture though dude, but I'm 100% sure nothing would have happened to you or the guild, or anyone for that matter. GMs are just going to do a roll back on the castles and redistribute the treasures like what Hastur said.

actually a year or so ago, this happened and valk and a couple of guilds got banned ( leader account) for a few days. Basically if enough people do it, it makes it okay, else you have a majority of people qqing and gms will take actions... pretty much how most things work nowadays, if you cry hard enough and long enough you get what you want.

A year ago, valkyrie guild was disbanded after they took some empty castles. It´s the same as kicking all the members from guild and then delete the guild.

The guild gets deleted, but the players who were part of the guild can log in normally (but were unguilded). I´m 99.99 percent sure that nothing like this will happen this time, though

Yes, it won't be hard for them to figure out who the previous owners were and who is getting their treasures if an econ fort was lost.
