i guess its a big yes... just use the more damaging concussion or whichever works for u..

It is the huge issue when you are a level 100-150 champ. They don't have the HP passive yet, so their total is only 4-5K HP. With 3K HP penalty for using the Berserk, it is like taking off 75% of their total HP in one go. You should imagine what happen when your champ run out of Berserk without being surrounded by the monsters. If you don't use Berserk, you can't kill them fast enough thus dying is the result. If you use the Berserk, you only have 1-2K HP help, and can die if you get hit 2 times by the monsters which is most likely especially when you are surrounded by them. In both cases, the result is "you die".berserk is for AP buff up doesn't matter if it will remove some of your hp though you can still work on it..anyways your not gonna use it while on pvp/war

Fire Fighter Outfit 2/2 = 1000 pts
Hat Gift Box = 500 pts
The Fire Outfits seems extremely expensive in my opinion.

I think 10 seconds CD is too much if they have to be shared. Honestly, everyone just uses concussion grenade and concussion explosive.
10 seconds CD could be kept if they weren't shared, otherwise just lower it to 5 seconds. But then again, people would only use one of those and neglect the other one, killing even more the market for crafters.
I say keep it 10 seconds (maybe 8) but they don't have to be shared.

Why don't you just put a secondary status on the 1st job spear mastery, (even if it involves lowering the other 1st job sword and axe mastery to 10-15%)

You forgot to mention about raider stun duration, sucker punch 1 seconds duration(75% if maxed then you need to give up accuracy passive), triple slash 1 seconds duration(maxed 45% success), mystic knife 4seconds sleep not mute(40% success). Champ mute skill duration 5 seconds (80% success) and 2 stun skill that one of them duration 2seconds (70% success).

its not worst, its just still not possible to stun lock, but you can stun a lot

You didn't read the post properly. They increased the cd on grenades/explosives but have separate cd on diff. types of it. ex(acid, poison, stun, etc.). It means they've made it worse. On patch 377 concussion nade/explosive share the same cd (5 seconds), now that they still share the same cd (on patch 388) (cause they have the same status effect) it only made the cd on both EVEN longer.how is this worst??
they are on seperate cooldown now
its not worst, its just still not possible to stun lock, but you can stun a lot
