Well the Title states my problem. ^_^
I downloaded an installed the Game and created an Warpportal Account. oô
But I cannot create an Account for RO himself. oô

I would give everyone my thanks for help regarding this issue. ^_^
And sorry for the bad English, not my first Language. oô

Where are you connecting from? Are you using a proxy?

Connecting from Home[Europe, Germany.] via a Rooter. oo
Always get the Message "You are not allowed to view this content." when I try too create an RO Account.

Strange is that I can create an Account for the other Games. oô
Only RO refuses that. oô

Now I was able too create an RO Account. oo

Somehow I have the exactly same problem as well. I can create accounts for all other games but for Ragnarok. I also connect from my home in Germany (Europe)via a Rooter oO

I believe Germany, along with several other region, is prohibited from creating an account on iRO.

We do still have users playing from Germany, you might want to send a PM to Rutana here on the forums, she may have a work-around that will help you out.

You can play from Germany (and other places), but not create accounts from there. I know in most areas, it's because there's a national RO for that country - but euRO shut down, so I'm not sure what RO germans are supposed to play.

The issue is only present for CREATING accounts, not playing - so using a proxy (ex: Tor) for the signup will allow you to create an account.

I would start by reading this thread - seriously, it's been pretty well covered here. If it hasn't answered your question, please provide more details about what you're having trouble with.

If you are unable to create an account because you're in one of the countries listed here, use a proxy like Tor to create the account, since those countries are only blocked from CREATING accounts.

If you're not in a blocked country, what error do you get when you try?
