I know its late, but I just got Ragnarok DS for X-mas and got the code to work via warp portal Ticket. But I have no idea how to get the Shaman items with the document... any one know if its still doable and how?

From what I've seen posted about this issue, you will want to send in a ticket via the support portal. The support team can help you retrieve the items. The code no longer functions on the Warp Portal site but they should still honor it.

Indeed the code did not work originally, but I sent in a ticket and got one back today saying that they fixed it. The code worked, and I got the Shaman Document. But the document is not a use item to get the Shaman Earring, Shaman Ring and Shaman's Hair Decoration. I looked around for a quest as to get the items and the only thing I found was an old post talking about a "Strange Woman" in Light, which is no longer there. Do I really need to submit another ticket asking them to exchange my Document for the Gear?

The npc should be there, I redeemed a Shaman Document not too long ago.

She should still be there, I think the town is called Rachel?(The one near magmarings+atroce) In the Northeast area of the town, good luck.

Ah, found it. The NPC was in Rachel, not Light. Thanks for the replies.

Now this thread made me wonder.
I saw people selling Shaman's Document, can I do the quest with those Documents bought from other players?

Yes, if you buy a shaman document from someone else you can do the mini quest to get the gear set.
