I was thinking, the next time an upgrading event comes around, maybe there could be safe to 7 certificates for footgear & garments added? Just a thought, I mean when either one of them falls below +7 you're pretty much screwed.

News to me. I never really looked at the item description, when the title said "Safe to 7 Body Armor", I assumed it meant, you know... body armor.
