Intro
I've recently gotten back into Ragnarok Online(late Dec 2011) and have been wanting to get back into drawing Ragnarok Online art for years, but didn't have much reason to do it and it felt weird when I wasn't playing it. But now that I've started up again I thought I could put up some old RO artwork and go into the new stuff I've started. New art is posted at the top for your convenience.

You've got some pretty good looking pieces there. And looks like you can do both cartoon/anime style and a more realistic style too.

The anime style was something I did way back(as you can see by the dates) and I've been really into the style I used in the most recent work. I'm actually not quite sure if I could revert back easily or not >_> *ponders* I know that I have an issue with simplifying bodies due to the fact that I feel its necessary for me to get the anatomy as realistic as I can...which uh..can lead to some weird looks on cartoony pictures(or..chibis).

But of course the little taste of anime is still there.

I've begun colouring the lineart from earlier, though for some reason the colour went off when I saved it and I cant seem to get it to stay as it should /:

New sketch plan for the third group, while I'm occupied with other digital work.

From left to right are my plans for a priestess, a crusader, an alchemist and a ninja.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure..I will never ever EVER be able to get the elven ears for all these damn characters(except Kei) T_T if only they werent based off characters with pointy ears.

Been busy with coding my portfolio site and getting a job, as well as a piece of artwork for a friend. But I went on to work on the third character panel for a bit.

I also thought I'd posted this but apparently not.

These are the body pose sketches for my second group(the all females was the THIRD group)


From left to right is Mana Gekidoku: Bard, Kiji Motono: Gunslinger, Prof.Tanchou: Sage, Shiruval Kocha: Huntress.


I actually will likely take the fourth character from this one and move it into the third group of all females. I had drawn another male completely seperate in a 4 panel layout like the rest, but the other three were empty since I didnt have any more characters. I figured I could use them for comissions so I made sure to use the same layout. I'll likely take that solo male and add it to THIS group. That way I'll have 2 male groups of 4 and 1 female group of 5.
