It's a mix of Pvp and Pve I guess. The added points in 3rd job skills are mostly to have some fun with them. I don't care if they suck, I want them.

Lower AAS to 1~3.
Increase Shootdown to 3

Hunter

Lose Disruption Web the Hp loss isn't great.
Advanced Bow Mastery is your call, I never had it. But now I think its total attack instead of base, so it would be better now.
Lower Arrow Shower to 2. Any more then that is pointless.
I'd get Hallucination and it's Passive for PvP.

Pathfinder

Sentinel

I'd lose Wind Blade and Multi-Stripe.
The Hook is optional.
I'd get Ice Shower to lvl 5, Along with lvl 1 of Charge the Awakening.

Bump Shootdown to 3

Bump multishot to 5
Remove the 1 point from web disruption
remove 2 points from Falcon Frenzy
Remove 1 point from Wind Blade
Bump Ice shower to 3
Bump Awakening charge to 3.

Because all that changes about skill is it get's stronger, but its not by much, so its rather pointless.
And your build is Good.

I gained 30k dmg from 2/5 to 5/5 arrow shower, plus 1 hitting 7 mobs is fun.., But I had extra sp from SFs
