I have a royal guard max capacity of carrying is 7200
my str is 90.
had x10 gym training.

my max weight should be:
2000(basic)+200*10(gym pass)+90*3(str)+1000(gryphon)+800(swordman class)
=2000+2000+2700+1000+800
=8500

However, mine RG max weight is only 7200!!
Where did the rest 1300 go?

Should be 2000 + 200*10 + 1000 + 1500 (RG class) + 90*30 (2700) = 9200. So you're missing 2k weight limit - specifically, you're missing the gym pass limit.

Go talk to Ripped Callus (the npc that uses gym passes) and tell him your workouts wore off and you'll get them back. Happens sometimes when jobchanging or skill resetting (which is why they have that option).

Where exactly can I find that staff?

I have tried to talk to the one in Payon, but nothing really happened.
He only warned me that I cannot do another gym pass or it will be dangerous.

The npc is on the second floor of eden group. I know the one there gives me the option. It's the last option (don't just spam enter through the npc, there's a menu a few steps in), "Um, my workouts wore off"

I found him, and you're right, it is 9200.
