Pvp / UW Build
Here is the straight forward guide to making a scout (pvp / uw). In short you will have alot of dodge, good attack power but average defence. This here will be a quick step guide which will include

skills, stats and which gear to pick and choose.

Scout:
Bow Scouts vs Xbowscouts

Bow scout
-Has increased amount of attack power
-Has around about the same accuracy if not more
-Has more dodge
-Same Critical

Xbow Scout
-Little attack power
-Less accuracy
-Less dodge but more defence
-Same critical

Stat benifits for Scout

Dex Gives attack power and dodge rate
Con Gives accuracy, attack power(?)
Sen Gives Critical Hits and lowers the dammage of critical hits on themselves
Str (optional, not recommended), HP and defence

Bow of Artemis (can get faster movement speed weapons)
8.4% Attack Speed
90 Movement speed
Added gem = Sagi for another 50 Movement Speed
Requirment: 108 Dex

Typhoon set with sagi stones for max movement speed

Again a very nice guide.

I've got three questions for you.

Answers to 1,2- The point why both are level 1 and 2 are because you have a insufficient amount of skill points to further both skills because of how many skill points it takes to get the dodge rate buff. You also need both skills as you need more skills to spam in order to deal out more damage, the extra skill point goes on phoenix arrow as it is the stronger skill out of the two. I have also tested both skill builds (everything max w.o dodge rate buff was my first build but it sucked compared to this). 3- as for the cool down on point blank arrow i think that it just shares the same cool down as you increase that skill.

For the Scout moves list you forgot to include Entangling (or Entanglement? Anyways the mspeed down skill) Arrow as well as Cloaking. Point Black Arrow should be Point Blank Arrow. A description of these skills would be good, such as the max level, weapon and skill requirements, distance, cooldown, duration, and what % debuff they have.

I think a little more description of alternate builds would be good as well as a little more context on what skills can be changed. For instance with the MP and HP recovery passives you could write that people could leave it at level 1 and choose to use MP food or potions. People will want to know why they don't have to max a certain skill, and it's not just always going to be because they don't have enough skill points for it, it also has to do with the way people play, like for example, Cloaking.

Bow Of Artemis is pretty hard to find these days because it's a unique, people are probably better off acquiring a Precious Zephyr Falcon with 120 mspeed from the Honor weapons shop.

Nice start though dude and you're still smelly.

a quick question tho as im to poor for the UW gear at current i am wondering if a rienforced 60/40 glove hat n boots (15) would be a good replacement along with maby the 180 wings 60/40 (i make my own gear) my question is with this gear is precious or glorious chest going to be the better chest pce to get 1st??

Imo, glorious should always be the first set for any hawker types. But you will also need Chivalrous and Precious for buffsets.

Reinforced is good if you do not have enough money for the other sets but you would have to covert sets later on to make your scout more efficient. As for the prec / glor question, glor should be the first piece you should get out of the two

It was once glitched on 0 dura and the Gm's fixed it and they made it 85 dura...

but, I'm still torn between the epic bow and hardened zephyr. since epic bow only gives 8+%aspd and dodge, no AP substat. the only advantage is the dex req, 291 =/ I haven't gotten a chance to test both of bow though

The HZF is a cheaper weapon yes but compared to the advantages of an epic bow, the stat regain and bonuses make up for the lack of ap, imo epic bow is considerable better

Hi just a few questions on your build.
1) Wouldn't you want entangling arrow to be max out since it has the same cool down but lowers dodge and movement speed a lot more?
2) Why wouldn't you even out or even level phoenix arrow more then aimed triple arrow if phoenix arrow does more damage?

Very nice guide, does need some tweaks and there is somethings I would personally change but overall a good guide. I would love for all classes to have deatiled guides and explanations like this kept up to date. Im a fairly new player and have been trying to look up some guides for some classes but only seem to find guides from iRose not Rose online.

Hopefully more guides like this will be put up soon and pinned for everyone to see for all classes and kept up to date.
