For L69 (PVE) I've got
- 10 in Dura Amulet
- 1 in Strengthened Fire Rain (+22 damage per tick)
- 4 Extended Hellfire (+8 sec)
- 1 Bloodlust Intensification (+20 damage)
- 7 Extended Healing Totem (+12 sec)
- 1 Strengthened Healing Totem (+21 per tick)
- 1 Strengthened Protection Totem (+363 defence)

When I level higher I'll need to reset or get more DNA though x.x
- 10 in Dura Amulet

I rather have more points in extended protection totem and healing totem at lower levels (if you want to pull tons of mobs at once).
