How can i get to the Hazy Forest from Mora really need help

I don't think you can. You can only get in from the Splendide side.

If you go to any of the portals in Mora, it'll take you to Bifrost Field 02, I believe. From there, you can go to Bifrost Field 01 and from there go to the instance dungeon.

Get someone to warp you there?

You can go to mora walking from Splendide > Hazy Forest > Mora. The thing is you can't go back...
Once you finish the Hazy Forest instance you are warped to the Field that lets you enter Mora.
