It was dropped after I killed the White Lady in the MVP Summoner Room. Its unknown Ingame.
Its in the ,,usable" tap, but I dont want to click it xD
Even Ragial seems not to know what it is.

PS: Its not the noodles!
I can see the noodles and ragial can see them too.

There are various items that aren't recognized by the client still, I assume they came with 14.1 episode. It happens in ET mostly where you kill all kinds of monsters and you end up with 5 unknown items after collecting loots...

By the way, I have found out this Item is called ,,Iris" and heals 150 HP.
Why this item is dropping from the White Lady is unknown as it actually should not be dropped xD

It mostlikely dropped off the Green Maidens, they have been dropping unknown items for a high % since the Mora update.
