For instance you have the Immortality set at level 75 that you get exclusively through Raiding. My idea would be to offer several versions of the set obtainable as battlefield rewards or drops from bosses in instances including soloable instances. The balance would not be from making 1 set suckier, but instead making it have a lower drop rate.
