I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this.
Well yeah this something like a loyalty system that some members and I from our guild came up with
to help motivate members. Thought this would be a good idea to share

Seems like a good idea. Our guild has something along these lines, although more WoE/Levelling supplies/Gear focused. Maybe you can do without the taxing? I know people would rather level faster.
It requires a lot of accounting though, hopefully you have the time/manpower for it.

We only get taxed 2 percent and have guild exp farming days. /hmm then again since we have guild exp farming days there's probably no need for tax. We also have a guild vend and once we get more money I plan to reward members with BMx3.

and yeah our guild has diff. squads so the Capts keep track of the people in there squad so it's not that much trouble for me to keep track

Wow wish we had squad captains too. lol. You can start with small rewards like HE BMs (which are like 2.5-3m each?).

You can make yup your own system for your guild cant you?
just keep track of coins yourself and explain it to new members

In our guild system, all members win and all the leader asks is WoE attendance which isn't a big deal. I prefer this...
