I got a pencil case from a gift box. I cant find a use for it so checked ragial and yeah, it's price is all over the place. Is this just a case of someone messing about or does it have an actual use?

I saw someone who was selling an unknown item and claiming it's a god item. I reported the guy and never saw him again.
