I'm a level 100 Ranger (jlevel 6 or 7). If I use the Mesmerist in Eden Group to reset my skills, does it only reset my Ranger skills or does it also reset my Sniper skills? It feels like a waste having all these falcon skills that I'm unlikely to ever use now that I have a warg.

Also, does it reset my stat points too?

It resets both stats and skills. All skills. Afterwards the skill window will display the cumulative points available, but you must invest them just as you would before job changing. This means you cannot use first class skill points for second class skills. The second tab will be disabled until you spent all points previously earned into the first tab.

For stat points there is no restriction. Go wild.
