I was wondering if the gms should update this info it seem s outdated since GTB etc is available on valk? Also someone told vips have the ability to get GR/DR/MPs from ocas while non vips dont is this a lie?

There is no difference in OCA/MCA/OPB/OBB items received for VIP vs. Non-VIP.
