Posting it on the forums really does nothing... because in order for it to get fixed a GM on the boards would ask you to PM them your information and by the time that happens your ticket could be resolved.

First of all in order to get help you do need to submit a ticket, the forum is no substitute for this. Secondly you need to run a tracenet, not all problems connection wise are always Gravity's fault. Thirdly you'll get a much better response if you don't post angry with caps and cursewords. Lastly you need to state where or what map you were on when this was happening.
