they look ok, I like how the last one is just like the previous final-cart except blinged up a little... which was just like the FIRST cart just blinged up a little.

The new carts are permanent, presumably "learned" by genetic/mechanic when they reach appropriate base level. The box items you see in the post are kafra shop items that are completely unrelated to the new carts.

They're ok but we had a lot of much nicer suggestions. Did those ever even get submitted to HQ?

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see new carts but a little disheartened that the iRO submissions were all but forgotten.
