So Patch notice links to the above page and the above page links to iRO's main site but as far as I know there's no description of what the item is/does. Anyone have one already or know of it's description anywhere?

found it by googling, coincidentally, the iRO one is shown as just "placeholder", implying it is not ready yet, which is what Oda's post suggests.

Also, the bRO version does carry "Cupid" in its name.

It should totally have the effect "chance to turn the target on a wanderer on hit". IT WOULD BE EPIC D:

Well, all the other games with this hat made the effect [+7 max HP and SP].

I just hope the effects are good even without refining the hat... or maybe a buff to wanderers I would totally use that D:

The kRO description (Google) does say +7% HP/SP. Maybe a bit too much if it's easy to get? But the hat is still cute as all hell.

+7% Hp/Sp. It's nice but I can't see a reason I'd use it over anything else aside from fisting and u'd need a looot of SP for it to be better than FEW.

7% Hp is good for KS ninja, but Gellato is still the best bet.
