I changed to ranger and I went from level 99 99.99% to level 99 at 62.1%
I'm sad because I wanted to use my eleven bow+ WW
whats up with this?

you have to level from 99-100.....

the amount of experience you had (99.99%? which I don't know how you got that number because after you 99 the exp bar goes away), was only worth 62.1% of the exp needed to get from 99-100 as a third class character. You should hit 100 soon enough or with just one turn in. Good luck!

Before you level to 100, grab all the Eden quests you have. Getting job levels and the necessary 3rd class skills you need can be a pain...
