The card for plant reduction isn't implemented on iRO.

Seriously, though. The only place a plant-resist shield would be good would be in moscovia... and that's a level 80-90 dungeon there's like no high-level mobs outside Tanny (alice shield is bet- oh she teleported) and ancient tree's (RATHER have the new water-reduction shield card there) so... yeah.
