well of all Mele buffs than there are in this game, this is the only Physical attack buff give by a mele character and it give less attack than the buff given by Casters. Ok that means than a caster Needs more Physical attack that a real mele character???.No only that this buff just give Short range Physical attack,meanwhile the casters buffs give Short as Long attack so WTF. why cant a WL have a best Mele buff??. and this is more a crazy sugestion, if BloodLoost the mystic buff give Physical attack and Fire damge. make bugle of carnage give a little mount on magic damage, at this way this buff will be much more usefull for all characters in the raids party wich is the objetive of a WL. thats all mi opinion (sorry for the bad english)

Maybe a small amount of resistance to all kinds of magic?
