Both the map and login servers are currently up. If you cannot connect at this point, it's highly likely to have been caused by firewall settings or your IP being blocked. Send in a ticket with the following information.

1. Short description of the problem
2. Tracert to iro.ragnarokonline.com
3. Asking whether it's an IP ban. Be sure to include your own IP address.

Send the ticket with this info.

But I was fine till yesterday.. =.=

so was I. I did the same as Renna just told you. IPs were blocked because they think u were a part of the DDOS (software looks at numbers I guess :-/)

anyways. send in the ticket and wait it out. nothing serious

Tracert (or it's called Traceroute) are used to determine the route taken by packets across the IP network.

If you using Windows OS, do this
1. Run Command Prompt (Windows(windows icon near left alt) + R) and type "cmd".
2. Type : tracert iro.ragnarokonline.com
3. Right click on the command prompt window and select "Mark". Drag your mouse to highlight the results.
4. Copy the results in your ticket.
