You mean best buffset for Critical? That would be:
*Hebarn/Arua set with Tan7
*Demon chest with Tan7 (you can get other Demon parts but it doesnt worth the slot in your inventory.)
*Backpack with 50 critical (sub stat)
And maybe some mask with critical/sen and 50 crit sub stat but it depends on how bad you want that Critical.
In addition, while you wear 2 parts of Chiva it gives you crit addition as well, so use it as well with the chest.

Hey Aviv, I have a question regarding maximum sub stat potential. I've seen items, particularly Mask of Lies, with a substat bonus 40/50 accuracy/critical. I was wondering, what is the highest value they can be on items? I know Str/dex/int/and so on have their highest at 20.

Max Crit substat is 50.
[Critical 50] and [Attack Power 25]/[Critical 50]
the stat you are talking about is actually only [Accuracy 50]/[Critical 40]

For other stats, there's a list of them all
