old fashion way... yeti riders I think are around that level... or you can always go to Desert of the Dead... temple isn't too bad either...

Temple of Oblivion, find a nice party and you'll 150 shortly.

Go temple or u can mess around or luna or DOD
temple is fastest lvling though
others are for more fun
