Reading some quests they name something called the Ioxenic Organism Yearbook, which is a book that contains all the information of creatures before the era of Ethergia.
I think it could be a nice thing to have as an additional window in the game. A book that would have information of all the monsters. The information about each monster could be unlocked with quests, for example, the scroll quests that ask to kill most of the mobs in the game.
The information could include the origin, type of monster, stats (which we can see in the monster's information), etc.
