by using harmony, at lvl 3+ it can stun a large radius of mobs.
Combos: Infinite kicking --> roar of lion --> raising drop kick --> tornado upper/screw drop kick(lvl1) --> smash kick --> dragon upper/tornado spin (should get you to lvl 3, if you have sticky fingers, i would reccemend skipping raising drop kick)
smash kick at lvl 5, is suppose to hit 6 times according to dragonica jp. so it can be relatively strong if maxed. May someone test it and confirm?
as for pvp, i would remove harmony and release fighter, and maxing spirit spear and power fist. ghost fighter is optional given my extra sp
