When I go to any soulsmith npc and click on the exchange scroll option
it comes out as 3 options
the first 2 options are just blank round squares
the last option is "close"

I want a solution to this so I can get some seal removal scroll

Sounds like a misspatch.
go to DS folder
delete patcher.id
restart DS patch and let it repatch.
