ok so i did the quest like 4-5 times this weeek & thank goodness we won!

So where's the special npc and what npc do we approach for the reward?

PS: id like to increase the drop reate of the love lumps, or increase the spawn rate of the angel messenger and less teleporting. Getting to 200 love lumps is too hard, (especially for a ZERO agi char)

Edit-- It seems that the hidden npc by the Devil area is still hidden. No winner?

you need 200 love lumps to charge up the devil weapon (your glasses) it is a culminative effort of everyone in the devil side... 200 love lumps = 1% increase in weapon charge

I thought the charge up was for the weapon that disables the opposing side's npcs.
