TBH, I and most of the world have no idea what "party represent delegation" actually means, it would make more sense and be friendlier to newer players if this was changed to read "promote to Party Leader" or "Make Party Leader"

There are a lot of things that should be made more clear in the UI. Maybe we should get a list together.
