Does anyone know how to get the upgrade for the angel symbol this week? I talk to the boy and ask to lift a level of restriction but nothing happens. Is it still broken? Or did the gms never tell use about some requirement needed for it to add an upgrade? And if it's broken will it be fixed any time before next maintenance so this week isn't just worthless?
