Will my homunculus lose Intimacy when it dies?

My homunculus is currently level 64, yet it's still not yet loyal. It's currently shy. Any fast way to make it loyal?

The wiki has all the info you need but it does not lose intimacy if you or it dies. It will lose intimacy if it's hunger gets to 10 or lower. The best way I found to get it higher intimacy is to feed it at 11-13 hunger twice. It gains 10 hunger each feeding and you gain 1 point when you feed it in the 11-23 range, hence the 2x feedings.

Oh another thing: What level do i get Bloody Lust? Cause it's already level 64, and still no new skill.
