Whenever a MVP uses AGI up any attack dependent on HIT is completely useless, it's quite annoying. I understand some MVP's are meant to be this way, but AGI UP is poping up as much as Earthquake now and making it completely impossible for a non-Sura/Genetic class to compete at all.
AGI Triple's the flee of these MVP's. (They usualy have 450 flee average)

Are there ways for a HIT dependant class/build to counter AGI UP? It doesn't look like Quagmire (punk card) dispel agi up like it does on players.
