Yes I already sent tickets. It would be fine if i wasn't paying. But it feels like you guys are stealing. It's so unfair. Getting banned just because I tried to log in too many times when the server was down. Yes, it's partly my fault. But 5 days of waiting for you guys to fix this is just too much already.

yeah i'm waiting for that to happen to me log in wait half hour bull i can't do that. but the last one is open right so i guess just wait....

This is just bad customer service... 5 days and counting. What is going on?! What's the status oda? Am I ever going to log in again or what ?

The GM Team has been sending up IPs to be unblocked on a daily basis, not sure why some may not be unlocked yet. I've forwarded the ticket information to the IT team.
