After renewal, spear quicken gives 30% aspd at all levels, and +2 flee and +2 crit per level. This can be easily verified when using the skill. However, the skill description still shows the old information.

Ok, then I'm wrong. But it still gives flee and crit and doesn't show it in the description.

oh cmon dodd, they didn't fix the high wizard description until I sent a ticket saying melee didn't produce SP when you have soul drain (since I was probably the only high wizard that would want that)Ok, then I'm wrong. But it still gives flee and crit and doesn't show it in the description.
