I would personally love to see heim try to +20 something just to see how many it takes him /heh

It will only take him few hd ores to +20 because he can change the success rate to 100% so each time he upgrades it will always be successful til it reaches +20 lolol

Well, I'm still happy with my +11 Brocca. Was a nice waste of money just getting it to +10. At least it's safe now

+20 it is. A Dragon Helm.
Besides of this I have heard about a +16 KVM Weapon for an Sura and I saw an +15 fisting myself.

Because the dragon helm event made it easy to upgrade, therefore making it possible.
