The regular chocolate restores 1 hp and 1 sp, if memory serves. And makes a cute heart pop up over your head. Pretty worthless. The others restore varying levels of HP and SP.

il play around with it either that or guarana candy that increases attack speed
one thing i did note... when you talk to the NPC to get a LIST of the goods she trades for she includes wel baked cookies for 1 stolen cacao.. but when you try and trade its not an option !!!!!
