AV Skill cast time and cast time.

Who cares about the cast time of a skill which can barely reach 10k damage and is single target?

The way to make AV half-decent now is instant-casting it and/or doubling damage [and making it chainable like Cross Impact]. But anyways...

4) Is it possible to decrease Tarot Card's aftercast delay?

Why are you using AV over Arrow Shower? You will level way faster with AS over AV until you get SR.

pvp armor set from battlegrounds, diabolous robe, expert rings, etc all work well for this. There is always kiel d-01 card

his point is he wants the skill to be rebalanced so this tier 2.5 skill is actually more useful than a tier 1 skill.

Because performer class is supposed to level with instruments?? why do you think SR was fked up? it was to show arrow storm as good skill. That is how iro works to buff one class nerf all the others or nerf the competing/alternate class.
Find me the thread where oda/heim had put up cast time requests for the transe skills. I am just requesting it for it to get updated and for those requests to be actually fulfilled .

Why do we even need fixed cast times on trans skills? I mean they are completely outclassed in PvP by third class skills *besides sac but shhh* its only nerfing them for trans to attempt to level. Hell even SG blows balls for poor wizards now.

Maybe wait 2 more years as you know full well this isn't gonna happen any time soon. It seems clear that kRO doesn't want any skill to be better than DS on bow users... And iRO GM's can't make any permanent changes without their permission? What is the point of implementing a temp fix if they would get flamed since the fixes could just be removed from any random update?

Even if they fix AV, it's not like Performers will be any more useful and popular. It's just like the Falcon skills. If you think AV sucks, try Falcon Assault. The players will just eventually give up. =/
