So, on January 10, the monsters for the weekly TI event for lvls 70-95 were Stem Worms and Rafflesias. I was on my Bard then, and there were tons of people in Lighthalzen doing this TI event.

This week, March 6 - 13, we have the same monsters for the TI event. I'm now in Lighthalzen, but there is no one here. What gives?

because the turn ins are now on special turn in maps. gramps warps everyone regardless of their status to those maps. no need to be vip.
you were probably on the real lighthalzen map, while gramps warps everyone to an exact copy of that map with increased spawn rates.
