Havoc Infinity said something like this in the other post
"Cast time reduction makes Rolling Stone and Spell Trap almost instant (with 4 summons Rolling Stone has no cooldown). Their new Elemental Storm has no cast time at 4 summons as well. This allows them to easily disable opponents in PvP... and they already have Nation Fury"
Doesn't seem that bad with it hm?

That would be the point, along with the incredibly high MATK and Dark Knight's abilities.that ... sucks... =0! But...

and yar, wtf man dos sumuns so weeeeek... cooldown on big blak sumun 5 minits??? i can run mile 5 minits np. pls buff, may b +20% finul hit point so sumun dun die 2shot
