They appear from lucky boxes/groove packs and sell for 2.5-5mil depending on supply.

iRO is not quite a pserver... yet anyway.

If you have multiple accounts that you can do the once per 23 hours Dally Quen, then you have more chances of getting them as a random prize that way (when they are not being offered in boxes or raffles).

I guess on Valk and Ygg, where you can make unlimited free accounts, you could farm the crap out of it if you made one level 50 character on each account (which would be pretty easy to do)

I don't play Valk lol. It just seemed like a low enough price that you can get a lot of them.

I didnt know that quest was actually good, I guess I should start doing it.

Thanatos does NOT drop bloody branches.

Bloody branches are obtainable through one very long and difficult Veins quest. But the main way you get them is via box events and dally quen.

If he ever did, it was only for the short period of time between the addition of thanatos tower and the next update after that during which they introduced the Shackle/BSB set.

i have multiple account(10chars) and everyday i do daily npc and in 1 week i have like 3~5 BB and as you can see some guys are selling 200+ BB everyday, do you really think that ppl with 30+ accounts arent bot? maybe 1 or 2 ppl in whole server have 30+ account without botting, if you notice some ppl that sell 100+BB are also selling 15+spore card, smokie card, horong and elder willow.

Thanatos did drop BB before, i remember killing in on bRO to get some BB.

If your guild holds a War of Emperium 2.0 castle.

There is a boss monster in the dungeon. If you kill him he drops a Hoe item. You then get your guild leader to open a realm that allows you to do a pick up item quest. Once the quest is completed you are rewarded some boxes. At random those boxes may give you a Bloody Branch. Very low drop rate on that tho...
