Why wont it let me write the file? it always stops here very time i try to download the game.
its the 2009-07-24aRagexe.rgz file. how do i fix this?

You're using vista or 7, right?
Rightclick RO patcher, properties, check off "always run as admin". See other threads on vista/7 compatability for more information.
