I was doing the In Need of Repairs. This question need to kill the Vernomous Hooded Aspers. But my all int cleric have a low attack power. whether there are some special methods's to kill it ???

You don't need to kill them, you have to capture them with a net.

When you picked up the Quest "In need of repairs"
Npc Ega should have given you some nets. Check your Inventory.
You need to catch 3 Venomous Hooded Aspers with your nets.
