Soul Destroyer and Meteor Assault are based on your attack and your int. Not many people seem to get meteor assault but soul destroyer is quite useful.just wanna know quickly if soul destroyer and meteor shower work w/katar and if they need int ?? at all sorry dont wanna waste points if there not useable LOL

SD works fine without int, int adds ~ 2500 points of damage at 99 int.
Both are usable with katar.

SD uses int but not a lot. The only effect you get from increasing int for MA is just more SP to spam. I wouldn't waste skill points into int on a sinx.
