Oh dear lord, I can tell you one thing. He isn't a bot, he is a 12/13 year old who apparently doesn't check his E-mail, I only know this because in the past three days his has submitted applications to my guilds form twice. Sounds like someone I'm going to want to not accept.

Please just ticket the issue to support if its harassment, etc. Demonizing/Incriminating people with screenshots and names on here isn't the answer and is also against the rules.
