Maybe The NPC just for April fools.. cuz when i check on my Inventory when OCA's Pop up... I saw nothing on it..

Should have an OCA NPC that whenever you open the OCA you get a poporing card. That would be the lulz

Once I had 4 OCAs..then I got 4 picky card...saddest day of my life.

Should have had it give a char bound item called "Old Card Album" (with modified description), but have it instead give blue letter cards ;-)
