on irowiki description of pneuma states that a person can be knocked back with arrow repel when in pneuma. but when i tried the same, the result was different. NO KNOCKBACK...

that depends on where you tested it. in woe knockback effects are disabled, i'm not sure about pvp but it might also be disabled there.

Which PVP room?
The "guild" pvp rooms (the ones where you choose a side) have woe mechanics, so no knockback (among other things).
It should work correctly in the town pvp rooms.
