the variable cast time can be empty by 530....but how many DEX should i take?
how many DEX should i need if i gonna to be a HWiz?

80-100. No more. Getting some Agi is helpful because it reduces your "animation" when casting some spells. (Summon balls for Warlock is an example)

okay,so i would like to add my DEX untill 90 enough,so i gonna to add int for all or agi more than int?

Usually you want to get 110 INT or even 120 if you can. Maybe just 20-30 Agi so you can reach 175 ASPD with Berserk pot and buffs. Then the rest on VIT.
